How are reports created?
Reports are prepared from the verified product selection, order information, birth details, and optional questions you submit. Interpretations are presented as reflective possibilities rather than absolute facts.
What information do I need?
Most personalized reports request your full name, order email, birth date, birth time or Unknown, birth city, state or province, country, order reference, purchased report, and optional questions. Compatibility reports request birth information for both people.
What if I don’t know my birth time?
Enter Unknown in the secure intake. A report may still explore many planetary themes, but exact houses, the Ascendant, and some timing details may be unavailable. Saturn & Spice does not invent a birth time.
How are reports delivered?
Digital reports and Oracle responses are delivered privately to the email associated with your verified order. Each product displays its estimated delivery time before checkout.
Can astrology predict the future?
No outcome is guaranteed. Astrology may offer language for cycles, patterns, and possibilities, but it cannot promise events or replace your judgment.
What is your refund policy?
Review the terms shown before payment in Stripe. Because digital products may be delivered immediately and personalized reports require preparation, eligibility can depend on product status and applicable law. Contact support promptly with your order number if something is wrong.
How do I contact Saturn & Spice?
Use the contact form for order support, report questions, privacy requests, partnerships, or general help. Include your order email and order number when asking about a purchase, but never include card details.
Is my birth information private?
Birth information is used only for services you request. It is not included in public analytics, community content, testimonials, or social graphics without explicit choice.
Can I save multiple charts?
Existing account features can keep separately calculated chart records under unique report IDs restricted to the authenticated owner.
Is this professional advice?
